Stefan moves in with his ailing grandmother Anita to help care for her. Soon he discovers that Grandma Anita is not the sweet little old lady he thought she was. In reality, she was the lover / assistant to a deranged Nazi scientist named Franz Kindler who was hell bent on performing the first living brain transplant. For Anita, the experiment must continue. Stefan and his brother are the only ones who can help find a home for Franz's brain, which Anita has kept alive in her basement.
